Your Job Description

Discover & Engage Creative Talent: Identify and connect with new designers and content creators that align with our customers aesthetic and quality guidelines
Onboard Contributors: Guide new contributors through the submission and technical process, offering training and best practices to ensure high-quality content delivery
Content & Quality Management: Evaluate submitted assets for artistic merit, technical accuracy, and alignment with our customers standards
Community Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with contributors, coordinate template submissions, and provide constructive feedback and education to enhance future uploads
Contract & Budget Coordination: Assist with executing contracts, managing contributor terms, and tracking program budgets on a quarterly basis
Creative Process Support: Help develop educational resources, creative briefs, and workflow improvements to streamline content production and review processes
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our customers internal teams to maintain a smooth, collaborative workflow throughout all stages of content acquisition

Your qualification profile

3-5+ years of experience in digital production design, artist outreach, content/community management, or similar roles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools – especially Adobe Express, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience with contracts, payment processes, and contributor management workflows
Strong post-production skills with an eye for technical accuracy and visual excellence
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for process-driven and well-executed design
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Hindi proficiency is a plus
Awareness of current design and visual trends and experience in content production is an advantage
