For our client, an international company from the FMCG sector, we are filling the following position:

Knowledge Content Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Job Description

You maintain and continuously update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
You ingest, convert, and structure content from various document formats into the knowledge management system, applying templates, taxonomy, and accessibility standards
You apply structured content principles, tagging, and categorization to improve searchability and overall user experience
You support markets and regions by helping them locate existing articles, validating content availability, and guiding them to the right information
You identify content gaps, initiate new article creation, and collaborate with teams across Customer Service, Digital, and UX to gather and validate inputs
You review and refine content to align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and best practices in knowledge management
You monitor content performance and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Your qualification profile

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., eGain, ServiceNow, or similar) or willingness to learn
Ability to ingest and convert content from multiple document formats into structured knowledge articles
Understanding of structured content principles and digital publishing
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with customer service environments is a plus
Fluency in English
