Retail Brand Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Job Description

Implement and localize brand and seasonal campaigns (windows, in-store elements, graphics, product communication) across EMEA Retail, Wholesale Shop-in-Shops, and partner Branded Spaces
Project management new Shop-in-Shops: planning, design, budgeting, sourcing, vendor coordination, and installation
Support commercial teams in identifying new Shop-in-Shop and Branded Space opportunities aligned with EMEA strategy and business goals
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and installers, including sourcing, negotiations, and contracts
Represent regional asset needs to global brand teams
Provide RBM input for EMEA Trade Marketing seasonal plans with key wholesale partners
Support showroom guideline maintenance for product presentation and brand experience
Ensure premium, consistent brand storytelling across physical brand expressions
Oversee in-store POP, supplies production, and inventory for Retail and Wholesale, managing suppliers, budgets, and orders
Own and manage assigned budget

Your qualification profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Design, or a related field
3+ years’ experience in Retail Marketing
Proven track record in fast-paced, cross-functional, and integrated marketing environments
Strong ability to manage projects from concept to completion, with accountability and focus on high-quality outcomes
Expertise in project management: timeline execution, budget control, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
Skilled at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing across all levels, functions, and geographies (internal and external)
Solid understanding of multi-brand, cross-functional, and vertically integrated organizations, as well as the EMEA market
Knowledge of the sports apparel industry
Passionate about work, matched by a strong enthusiasm for the outdoors and active lifestyle
English language is a must and German or French language skills are a plus
