Your Job Description

Ability to contribute to all systems engineering activities in order to deliver safe, reliable, mature and cost effective solutions to the customers
Ability to analyze customer requirements for transformation into a design solution
Ability to specify, define, design, develop, integrate, verify, qualify, certify and ensure the continued airworthiness of the vehicle mission systems used to perform different kind of missions
Responsibility for the integration and management of specific equipment and systems (both airborne and ground segments, at hardware and functional level) necessary in the system to perform its intended missions
Ability to specify and carry out all the laboratory, ground and flight tests and support documentation required for the development, certification and validation in front of the customer of the Mission Systems, Mission Planning and Mission Support Systems, including On-site Operational Evaluations
Ability to provide systems engineering support for the full lifecycle of Mission Systems
Capability to assess innovative technologies and architectures, to deliver independent cost benefit analysis (manufacturer & operator related)

Your qualification profile

Master’s or Diploma degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Engineering and Aerospace
Professional experience in Systems Engineering activities is required
Experience with regulations and standards such as DO178/278, DO254, ARP4754 is required
Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is required
Experience in IT systems design and requirements management (especially with DOORS) is essential
Experience with digital ICD design tools (e.g. CAMEO, ICDMS) is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) is recommended
English language skills at negotiation level (business fluent), German is a plus
