1. Needs analysis

Before we start looking for candidates, we meet with each client to define the specific candidate profile they are looking for.

2. Interview

After CV screening, we invite the suitable candidates to attend an initial video interview, followed by a round of introductions or an in-person meeting to check their suitability and availability.

3. Preparation of the contract

If the candidate is accepted, we take care of drafting the contract, administration and bookkeeping (temporary employment or service contract).

4. Introductions

Our clients get to know the proposed candidates in person or via video interviews so they can get an accurate impression.

VIP chauffeur service for BMW

Since January 2014, we have been a proud partner of BMW as a recruitment agency for students and manage a network of 200–250 fleet drivers who are under contract with us, as well as about 800 former drivers. Our fleet drivers specialise in airport pick-ups, chauffeur jobs and assisting with test drives. Our services are particularly in demand for individual VIP guest care on an international level as well as for multi-day assignments at sporting events such as the BMW Open and trade fairs such as the IAA.

Our drivers not only support the market launch of new models and in-vehicle product consultation, they also regularly take part in courses and driving training, for example at the Driving Academy in Maisach. Recent engagements include prestigious events such as the Cannes Film Festival, the Munich Security Conference, the Concorso d’Eleganza at Lake Como and the BMW International Open.

Event staff for the BMW Welt

We have been the official partner for providing over 80 members of staff at the BMW Welt for many years. They are regularly used at exclusive events, in the cloakroom, at the info point or to provide personal VIP support. Our selection process includes face-to-face discussions and rounds of interviews at our offices to ensure that we only recruit the best candidates. Because only motivated staff can help turn conversations into customer relationships.

Successful student placement: Porsche at IAA 2023

We successfully recruited 55 dedicated staff members for the Porsche stand at the IAA 2023. Their responsibilities ranged from talking about the cars and looking after VIPs to handing out giveaways and coordinating test drives and guided bike tours.

In just three weeks, we conducted over 80 individual interviews and organised several assessment centre appointments. We held the employee briefing, including technical equipment and catering, at our Deck 7 event location. As a student and event staff recruitment agency, we at YER find event staff for all aspects of service for your customers, including customer service, cloakroom staff, car experts and VIP support. Light service tasks can be taken on, but we do not specialise in high-end catering staff.

We conduct a thorough needs analysis with the customer in order to determine the desired candidate profile. After reviewing CVs and conducting interviews, we will check their suitability and availability. If they are accepted, we take on the drafting and administration of the contract. Our clients have the opportunity to meet the selected candidates in person or via video interview to ensure that they meet the requirements.

If you are looking for students for your event, we will provide staff within 2–3 days, depending on the scope and requirements. However, we need a little more notice for special requests.

Working students may work a maximum of 20 hours per week during term time, or full-time during holidays for a maximum of 3-4 months.

In the case of service contracts, an activity is performed without any guarantee of success, while in the case of work contracts, there is an obligation to achieve a specific result. For example, event staff can work on the basis of a service contract as performing the job is what counts, while an IT student on a work contract has to deliver a functioning software solution.
