For our client, a well-known international energy corporation, we are looking to fill the following position:

Your Job Description

Actively contributing to the energy transition by successfully delivering HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) projects
Performing hardware and software tests as part of a project team, including customer acceptance tests
Responsible for the configuration, testing, and commissioning of field control devices for switchgear within HVDC systems
Independently troubleshooting issues and supporting the software engineering teams
Assisting the commissioning management in quality, risk, and claim management as well as in improvement initiatives

Your qualification profile

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Very good knowledge of commissioning field control devices, ideally the SIPROTEC 5 series using DIGSI 5
Good knowledge of high-voltage and switchgear technology, as well as testing of interlocking logics and sequence controls
Good English language skills
Mobility and willingness to travel, with predominantly long-term assignments on construction sites in Germany and abroad
Valid driver’s license
