Your Job Description

Development, implementation, and performance reporting of integrated media campaigns for MINI, with a focus on offline media and digital extensions such as BVOD, CTV, Digital Audio, and DOOH.
Selection and evaluation of appropriate media channels based on target audience insights, campaign objectives, and overall media strategy.
Planning, managing, and monitoring campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and transparent reporting.
Negotiation with media partners, publishers, and service providers to secure optimal media placements, value, and pricing.
Ensuring campaign effectiveness through structured planning, execution, and continuous optimization in alignment with brand and marketing goals.

Your qualification profile

University degree in Marketing, Media Management, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in media planning, ideally with exposure to European markets.
Strong expertise in offline and/or online media planning, preferably gained within a media agency, global media house, or publisher environment.
Experience working with media and analytics tools, such as web tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar), with a proactive mindset toward improving processes and implementing new solutions.
Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a structured, results-oriented approach to work, combined with creative and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive projects involving multiple internal and external partners.
