Your Job Description

Monitor, operate, and maintain critical data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems, generators, transformers, switchboards, PDUs, and other power distribution equipment
Monitor and support cooling infrastructure, including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, pumps, and associated systems
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and first-level fault diagnosis on critical facility equipment
Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and respond to alarms and incidents
Coordinate maintenance activities with external vendors and service providers
Maintain operational documentation, maintenance records, and compliance reports
Participate in shift operations, on-call rotations, and emergency response procedures while ensuring maximum uptime of critical infrastructure

Your qualification profile

Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, or a related technical field
Experience working in critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, power plants, manufacturing plants, hospitals, airports, or similar
Practical experience with one or more of the following:
- Power distribution (Transformers, Switchboards, Breakers, UPS, Generators, PDUs)
- Cooling systems (CRAC, CRAH, Chillers, Pumps)
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
Ability to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical systems
Understanding of preventive maintenance and operational procedures
Experience working with CMMS or ticketing systems is an advantage
Strong safety awareness and willingness to work in shifts
Good teamwork and communication skills
Fluent German (minimum B2)
