Your Job Description

Install, cable, and deploy servers, switches, and hardware components in data center racks
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, server, and networking issues
Monitor data center infrastructure to ensure operational stability and uptime
Perform maintenance activities and support infrastructure changes
Manage and resolve incidents and support tickets within defined SLAs
Coordinate external vendors, contractors, and hardware suppliers on-site
Maintain documentation, inventory records, and operational reports
Participate in shift operations, on-call rotations, and incident response activities

Your qualification profile

Technical education or certifications in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or related fields
Experience in data center operations, IT support, or technical environments preferred
Basic knowledge of server hardware, networking, and data center infrastructure
Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows operating systems
Experience working with ticketing systems and support processes
Ability to troubleshoot technical and hardware-related issues independently
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and hands-on mentality
Willingness to work shifts and follow operational and safety procedures
