Your Job Description

Install server racks and perform hardware break-fix on various components
Troubleshoot network issues and respond to situations affecting operational stability
Provide dedicated supervision for Partner Cloud Providers and external vendors
Serve as the primary contact for internal customers (e.g., Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Technical Operations) and external service partners (Partner Cloud Providers, Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers)
Manage assigned trouble tickets and meet SLAs through a directed workflow; act as the first point of contact for hardware and technical issues
Participate in on-call rotations and support scheduled maintenance and change management activities in the data center
Work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call duties

Your qualification profile

High school diploma or equivalent and technical degree or certifications in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Basic knowledge of computer and server hardware, network hardware, and operating systems
Experience troubleshooting server and network hardware
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordinating with Leads and Managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of data center operations, including inventory management, hot/cold aisles, and physical security
Understanding of data center safety and security best practices
