Your Job Description

Take ownership of the integration and testing of cutting-edge inflight connectivity solutions
Define, execute, and document product and customer acceptance plans, including demonstrations to customers when required
Lead and mentor a team of experienced Integration & Validation (I&V) engineers
Continuously extend and optimize the test and validation environment in line with solution evolution, with a focus on automation and seamless integration into software delivery processes
Promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture to enhance test and integration efficiency
Collaborate closely with customer test teams, system design, product management, and internal stakeholders including procurement, COO, and CTO
Ensure a strong mindset of continuous improvement across integration and validation activities

Your qualification profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
High Experience in integration and testing of distributed software systems, preferably in aerospace or aviation & leading a team
In-depth, hands-on expertise with open-source technologies, testing frameworks, and test automation tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Commercial awareness with a proven ability to align customer requirements with broader business objectives
Experience in project or team leadership preferred
Fluency in English (spoken and written) required; German language skills are an advantage
