FPGA Developer (m/f/d) Aerospace

Your Job Description

Design, develop, and implement FPGA solutions using VHDL for aerospace and defence applications
Perform FPGA architecture design, simulation, verification, debugging, and testbench development to ensure reliable hardware performance
Analyze system requirements and optimize timing closure, resource utilization, and FPGA performance
Collaborate closely with systems, hardware, software, and verification engineers throughout the development and integration lifecycle
Ensure compliance with DO-254, RTCA, ESA, and other safety-critical aerospace standards, including technical documentation and hardware validation

Your qualification profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in FPGA design, VHDL development, and digital hardware architecture
Strong knowledge of FPGA simulation, verification, debugging, and testbench development
Experience in aerospace, defence, or other safety-critical embedded hardware environments is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, a proactive and collaborative mindset, and professional English proficiency
Willingness to work on-site is required

Benefits

Salary range: €75,000 - €90,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience)
