For our client from the banking sector we are currently filling the following position:
HR Shared Service Operations Specialist

Your Job Description
- Perform systematic background checks on successful candidates by verifying identity address educational degrees and professional experience over the past five years against certificates and references
- Verify details with external parties such as local authorities universities or previous employers when requested
- Manage the information flow and handle internal as well as external emails and phone calls
- Report findings and discrepancies in a structured manner and manage data storage according to internal regulations
- Support other administrative tasks within the Human Resources Division based on capacity and business needs
- Issue certificates process removal requests and handle the distribution of job tickets
- Assist with onboarding tasks for newcomers joining the division
- Maintain document management systems and operate service management solutions for customer service purposes
Your qualification profile
- Formal commercial or vocational qualification or a degree in business studies administration or another relevant field
- Minimum of four years of professional administrative experience preferably within human resources
- Proven experience in processing formal documentation and drafting professional reports
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with document management systems and service management systems such as OpenText is an asset
- Excellent command of English at a minimum of C1 level according to the CEFR; German language skills are considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff at all levels and external parties
- Proactive team attitude with a willingness to seek advice from colleagues and support others
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure high quality and effectiveness
- Strong capability to work in a team environment focused on public institutions
