Digital Project Manager (m/f/d) Customer Service Touchpoints

Your Job Description

You lead the execution of the designated roadmap for customer service solutions (AI bots, website support pages, knowledge bases) and related content across multiple markets.
You ensure operational readiness, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and drive delivery from market alignment through go‑live and hypercare.
You influence senior market leaders to secure alignment and market buy-in for global rollouts.
You oversee and establish end-to-end deployment plans and frameworks, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.

Your qualification profile

Experience in leading multi-market program deployments or global rollouts.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior-level engagement.
Working knowledge of customer service technologies and channels (AI bots, self-service platforms, knowledge bases, web support).
Expertise in change management, operational readiness, and market enablement.
Proven people leadership, including coaching Deployment Specialists and building high-performing teams.
