Your Job Description

You lead the realization of the customer service solutions roadmap across multiple markets, ensuring consistent deployment execution and operational readiness
You establish and maintain frameworks, standards, and controls to drive reliable delivery and market readiness
You coach Deployment Specialists and engage senior market leaders, securing stakeholder alignment and adoption
You oversee end-to-end deployment plans, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and align cross-functional resources for successful implementation and hypercare
You track outcomes against the roadmap, run cadence reviews, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement based on market feedback and post-launch insights
You collaborate with solution owners and change teams to ensure readiness of kits, training, and processes, and you guide smooth handoffs into steady-state operations

Your qualification profile

Experience leading multi-market program deployments or global rollouts
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior-level engagement
Excellent business communication and storytelling, able to translate solutions into clear value propositions
Working knowledge of customer service technologies and channels (AI bots, self-service platforms, knowledge bases, web support)
Expertise in change management, operational readiness, and market enablement
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional delivery across regions and time zones
Proven people leadership: coaching Deployment Specialists and building high-performing teams
