Your Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and execute growth marketing campaigns for Amazon Music across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Manage and optimize promotional and incentive-driven campaigns (“Nudge Promotions”) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Analyze marketing and customer data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and scale existing marketing channels and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and central support teams across Europe and the US.
Develop innovative ideas to improve customer experience, automation, and operational efficiency.
Independently prioritize and manage complex projects with a strong focus on delivering results.
Advocate for regional business needs and customer requirements across internal partner teams.

Your qualification profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Previous experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement.
Experience planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, reports, and customer insights.
Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in music, podcast, audiobook, or streaming services is highly beneficial.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus.
