Your Job Description

Act as the Kiel onsite liaison for a Lisbon based development team
Define and communicate the product vision for military maritime radar signal analysis software
Prioritize the backlog and coordinate daily collaboration between developers, tech leads, QA, and stakeholders
Maintain roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure incremental value delivery
Foster strong cross-team collaboration across locations and support legacy modernization efforts
Serve as the main onsite contact for the external Portugal team, including occasional travel (approx. once every 1–2 quarters)

Your qualification profile

Several years of hands-on experience in agile software development environments
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product leadership (backlog prioritization, release planning)
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and distributed teams
Experience with legacy modernization and working with software architects
Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and multi-project environments
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Teams; DOORS or Jazz is a plus
Fluent in English; German is beneficial
