Your Job Description

Facilitate Sprint events: Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups
Backlog refinement and ensuring development readiness
Coach team on Agile, SAFe, and Lean-Agile principles
Remove impediments and track progress using Agile metrics
PI Planning preparation, cross-team dependency management and risk tracking
Change Agent: Drive Agile transformation and SAFe coaching for team and stakeholders

Your qualification profile

Academic degree or vocational training
Training: Certification as Scrum Master
SAFe certification is mandatory
Professional experience: several years working in scaled agile environments
At least 3 years of professional experience, e.g., in Germany
Language skills: English and German
