We are currently recruiting for the following position for our long-standing partner:

Senior Accounting Officer (m/w/d)

Your Job Description

Supplier invoice and exchange rate checks
Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
Weekly payments
Reports to the Bank and bank balance checks
Statements issuance (customers, subsidiaries, agents)
Payment arrangements (subsidiaries, agents, customs)
Profit, warehouse, and MD report creation
Assisting in yearly audit
Personal income tax filing (overseas residents)

Your qualification profile

Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable
Knowledge of German GAAP and German tax law
ERP knowledge, MS Excel aswell
Experience in a freight forwarding company is an advantage
Business-level English and German language skills
Experience in the Inside Sales, Customer Service or Pricing departments is an advantage
