We are filling the following position for an innovative company that runs a digital platform / marketplace. You can either work from the company office in Berlin or from home throughout Germany.

Your Job Description

Transfom data into valuable insights that help building new features and shaping strategic decisions
Define and track KPIs that align with business goals and reflect product performance
Build and optimize reports and dashboards in Tableau that ensure visibility of key metrics
Enable self-service analytics for different stakeholders by building and optimizing data sources
Lead training sessions on data analytics and visualization tools
Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, accessibility and integration

Your qualification profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science)
Proven experience (3+ years) in a product analytics role, preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
Strong understanding of product analytics, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing and statistical analysis
Understanding of data infrastructure, data governance, and data engineering concepts
Experienced in supporting self-service analytics initiatives and empowering cross-functional teams with data access
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders
