Your Job Description

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex digital software projects, from initial concept through to successful implementation
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and building long-term partnerships
Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of selected digital solutions

Your qualification profile

Proven experience managing digital or software projects in a client-facing role
A hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen
Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse, international teams
Solid understanding of agile ways of working and modern project methodologies
Interest in innovative technologies or experience in science, healthcare, or similar fields is a plus
