Your Job Description

Responsibility for the further development and management of all digital marketing activities
Active role in shaping the brand’s visibility, reach, and overall performance
Ownership of both strategic and operational topics such as performance marketing, paid media, content, social media, and SEO initiatives
Creation and optimization of web and email content with a clear performance focus
Close collaboration within an international, cross-functional environment with internal teams and external agencies
Application of creative ideas combined with analytical, data-driven thinking
Continuous performance tracking and optimization to achieve measurable results
Opportunity to drive impactful and sustainable marketing initiatives
Occasional travel within Europe

Your qualification profile

Several years of professional experience (approx. 3+ years) in digital marketing, ideally in a consumer or e-commerce environment
Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and digital campaigns
Experience in developing and executing content strategies (e.g., website, blog, email, social media)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense for language, tone, and brand positioning
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and evaluating marketing KPIs and ROI
Structured, independent working style and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong team player with enthusiasm for cross-functional and international collaboration
Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and curiosity for new digital trends and tools
Very good English skills; additional European languages are a plus
Experience in the food, gastronomy, or lifestyle sector is desirable but not required
