Your Job Description

You engage markets by presenting deployment packages, securing alignment, and serving as the key link between global and local teams
You secure market buy-in and engagement for deployment initiatives such as website support pages, knowledge bases, and designated self-service tool
You shape and manage end-to-end deployment plans, ensuring resources are aligned and markets are fully prepared for rollout
You drive implementation activities, from testing and local validations (UVTs) to risk mitigation and go-live execution
You guide markets through post-launch hypercare, support smooth stabilization, and gather feedback to fuel continuous improvement
You monitor progress against the roadmap and success criteria, keeping the Deployment Manager informed with clear, timely updates

Your qualification profile

Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive market alignment
Excellent business communication and presentation capabilities
Experience in customer service operations or deployment of digital/technical solutions
Ability to manage cross-functional teams across business, IT, content, and operations
Basic understanding of digital tools (AI bots, knowledge bases, support websites)
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment
Fluency in English
