Your Job Description

Manage and coordinate cryptography-related aerospace projects, including secure communication and data protection solutions
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into secure data transmission concepts, cryptographic system architectures, and technical specifications
Design, specify, integrate, and verify cryptographic systems within complex aerospace and defence platforms
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, testing, quality assurance, and project management to ensure successful system implementation
Develop system documentation, test concepts, and verification procedures while ensuring compliance with aerospace and IT security standards and regulations

Your qualification profile

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.
Strong expertise in cryptography, encryption technologies, secure communication systems, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience in systems engineering, system architecture, system integration, and technical project coordination.
Knowledge of aerospace, defence, or other safety-critical environments as well as experience in requirements analysis, specification, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured working approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams; fluent English required, German skills are a plus
Willingness to work on-site is required

Benefits

Salary range: €88,000 – €95,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience)
