Your Job Description

Lead and manage substation engineering projects
Take ownership of budget, planning, and project schedule
Define and coordinate which parts require engineering input
Act as the main interface between internal teams and external engineering companies
Manage and align external contractors and stakeholders
Ensure strong technical execution and engineering integration within the project team

Your qualification profile

Proven experience in substation / power infrastructure projects
Background in engineering or technical project management
Experience working with external engineering partners
Strong understanding of budgeting and scheduling responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in an international and structured project environment
Dutch-speaking environment experience is a plus
