For one of our clients in the consumer electronics sector, we are looking for the following position for an exciting project:

Conversational AI Manager (m/w/d) Voice & Chatbot

Your Job Description

Drive the international rollout and further development of AI Voice Bot & Chatbot, with a strong focus on Voice
Define and prioritize AI features and use cases from a business and customer perspective
Test, analyze and continuously improve bot quality and behavior
Ensure local cultural, legal and regulatory requirements are considered
Manage and adapt the Knowledge Base and AI content for individual markets
Monitor business impact, KPIs and ROI
Collaborate with local markets, Product, Business and Compliance teams

Your qualification profile

Experience in Product, Operations, Digital, AI or a similar business environment
Strong analytical, structured and entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in Voice AI, Chatbots and emerging AI technologies
Strong understanding of customers, markets and business needs
Highly independent, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to critically assess AI outputs and translate insights into meaningful business improvements
Experience with international markets and different cultural/regulatory environments is a plus
No coding required – business understanding, analytical skills and execution are key
