For our client, the world's largest e-commerce company, we are currently filling the following position:

Data Center Facilities Technician (m/f/d)

Your Job Description

Operate, maintain, and improve data center infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, racks, and material handling systems
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor metal/woodwork tasks (including welding)
Manage inventory and spare parts, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational standards are met
Collaborate with internal teams (FOC, NOC, DCO, Security) and external vendors

Your qualification profile

Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC and material handling equipment
Experience in mission-critical environments (Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Airports, Hospitals, Heavy Industry)
Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently
Formal training or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Knowledge of electrical schematics and preventive maintenance procedures
