Your Job Description

Serve as the main contact for HR-related communication between the European organization and the headquarters in Japan
Coordinate visa, work permit, and residence permit applications for expatriates assigned from Japan to Europe
Support international assignments and employee mobility throughout the relocation process
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and offboarding activities
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, workplace initiatives, and corporate values across the European organization
Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and analyses, including headcount, attendance, absence, working hours, and employment-related data
Collaborate with HR contacts across European offices on personnel-related matters
Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team while identifying opportunities to improve HR processes

Your qualification profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in an international HR environment or a comparable role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Native-level Japanese or business-fluent Japanese (both spoken and written), business-fluent English (both spoken and written), business-fluent German (both spoken and written)
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach
Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience supporting international assignments or global mobility processes is an advantage
