Your Job Description

Technical leadership of a team of electricians and electrical installers
Coordination and supervision of all electrical QA and testing activities on site
Ensuring proper execution of electrical inspections and commissioning tests
Alignment and coordination with other supervisors and trades on site
Monitoring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
Documentation and tracking of test results as well as quality deviations
Support during commissioning of turbine and generator systems

Your qualification profile

Several years of experience in the hydropower / hydroelectric power sector
Experience with turbine and generator projects (strongly preferred)
Experience in leading installation or electrical site teams
Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), testing, or commissioning
Strong coordination and communication skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
