For our client, a market research and consulting company, we are looking to fill the following position with immediate effect:

Your Job Description

Conducting qualitative and quantitative market research projects independently, including in-house analysis, as well as in collaboration with external market research partners
Applying creative research methodologies when designing studies, developing research instruments, and conducting in-depth analyses
Preparing actionable reports for clients, including interpretation and presentation of research findings
Managing external service providers, such as fieldwork partners and translation agencies
Managing client relationships and supporting the continuous development and expansion of national and international client accounts
Preparing proposals and supporting business development and acquisition activities at both national and international levels
Advising clients throughout the entire research process, from study design to actionable recommendations for developing brands, products, or target groups
Conducting topic and market scouting as well as primary and secondary research (desk research)

Your qualification profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, MBA, Sociology, Business Psychology, or a comparable field
First professional experience in market research, a market research/consulting agency, or the automotive industry
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
Strong experience in project management as well as in analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative market research data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience with SPSS is an advantage
Experience managing client relationships as well as conducting project briefings and debriefings
Results-oriented approach to working with clients
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Open-minded personality with excellent analytical and communication skills
